Right now

Recently moved to San Francisco after five years in cold Wisconsin. Getting back into soccer and padel, and want to pick up tennis too. Please reach out if you want to play!

Watching, reading, playing

• Watching: Perpetually rewatching Marvel. Finally started Game of Thrones. Way too much YouTube — space, physics, Roman history, philosophy, and whatever rabbit hole the algorithm picks next.
• Reading: Sapiens.
• Playing: Outer Wilds and Minecraft right now. Call of Duty or FIFA when everyone's online. Counting the days until GTA.

People who shaped how I think

How I got here

Grew up in a small apartment with a big family in a tight Indian community. I fell in love with video games early, which is honestly what led me to CS. But I was also always trying to sell something. Orbeez balls in elementary school. Custom Pokemon card packs in middle school. Sneaker reselling in high school. That part never turned off.

We moved to Lagos, Nigeria when I was a kid and that's where the world got a lot bigger. International school through IGCSE and IB, a stint in Dubai, video editing phases, gaming phases, a little bit of everything. Then I moved to Mumbai on my own to finish high school with my grandparents. After that it was Madison, Wisconsin for college, four years of CS, and now San Francisco.
